Caramanda's is the place to go in Lexington for extraordinary bakery products. Follow the links below for some examples of our offerings. We have separated them into categories so you can focus on the type of cake you are looking for.

You can order any of these cakes, combine elements of several to create your own or we can come up with a unique cake just for you. You can also order online (cakes are available for store pickup only) at our Online Store. We also offer gourmet cupcakes and cookies that you can browse.

Standard Cakes	These cakes are bakery fresh, delicious and come in variety of flavors. Our standard cakes are carefully decorated and might include a written message. These cakes are offered at base prices and most of the decoration specifics are left up to us and are usually limited to three or four colors. These cakes are available for same day orders, we still recommend you order as soon as possible as we sometimes fill up on the number of cakes we can do.
Signature Cakes	Our signature cakes are completely customizable. We can decorate your cake to a party theme or to match invitations, napkins or just about anything you can come up with. These cakes can be finished in fondant or butter cream and might include small, sculpted figures as toppers. If you want a spectacular cake that is sure to impress, a Signature Cake is a good choice. We need at least 24 hours notice for these cakes but prefer 48.
Sculpted Cakes	We offer several levels of sculpting for our cakes. The simplest is 2D flat cutout. The 2D flat cutout cakes are usually in the form of “silhouettes”, basically, this is a picture with the cake carved around it. The next step up is 2D carved cakes; these cakes are usually dimensional cakes with a great deal of contouring. An example of this type of cake might be the side view of a horse. The next step up is a true 3D sculpted cake, an example of this would be a pirate ship standing in the waves. The sculpted cakes take a great deal of time and planning to do and we need at least a week’s or more notice for these. Some of the parts we use might be made of gum paste or fondant that needs to dry as much as 36 hours. These cakes are truly amazing and will impress even the most critical partygoer.
Wedding Cakes	Our wedding cakes can range from "traditional" multi-tiered cakes to elaborate and colorful topsy-turvy cakes. Our wedding cakes usually range in cost from $3.50-$15.00 per serving and require at least 30 days advance notice; this allows us to give your wedding cake the attention it deserves. We also offer unique cookie gift baskets.
Cookies	Got cookies? We do. Some of the cookies you are likely to find at Caramanda's include Oatmeal Cranberry Pecan, Derby Cookies, sugar cookies, peanut butter, chocolate chip and many more. You might find a variety of icings on our cookies as well. You can buy our cookies individually or by the dozen.
Cupcakes	Caramanda's offers the largest variety of delicious cupcakes in town. We have mini-cupcakes, traditional cupcakes, large gourmet cupcakes and all of these in more flavors and combinations than you can shake a stick at. Best of all they are all made from the same recipe as our cakes so they are an excellent way to try our various cake flavors.
